Right Plant, Right Place
You are here:
Fragrant pink flowers in massed colour.
One needs to make sure that conditions are right for the health of the plant.
in nature are usually found in moist, protected areas sometimes with light shade. Like many
can be difficult to maintain for long periods in cultivation if conditions do not suit. All
require a well drained moist soil and should never dry out . Plant on a mound for drainage, work the ground and add some good garden compost before planting. Mulching should be sparse but some is beneficial. After flowering light pruning will encourage new growth and make the bush more compact.
